Click Register as a medical practice. After registration complete, log in and invite each scheduler to sign up as a user.

Click Log In. Enter your Username (email address) and Password then click the Login button.

• Click Messages menu on the sidebar. A list of new messages will be displayed with a blue dot. When a scheduler clicks on the message, a yellow dot along with the scheduler name will be displayed.
  
• Messages from the patient will be displayed on the main screen. Once the scheduler respond and click send, the yellow dot will turn green.
• When the patient responds back, the green dot turns yellow again indicating that the message needs to be responded, this goes on until the conversation ends.
  
• Once the conversation ends, you can archive the chat by clicking the Archive icon and the dot in the upper right corner turns red.
  
• Once the scheduler clicks the Archive icon, a popup will be displayed. Enter the appointment date, time and location, then click Send. The conversation will be successfully archived.
  
• An email confirmation containing the details of the appointment will be sent to the patient.
